When we return to school Tuesday, February 22, we have only nine instructional days left in this nine week period. Therefore, students need to be diligent and must use their time wisely.
Due Friday, February 18 - 2nd body paragraph for Washington essay and exercises for
vocabulary #9 - pages 101-104 ....... In addition, students will have a quiz on the following material: direct objects, indirect objects, predicate nouns and predicate adjectives. They are to study the notes that were given in class last week.
Additional assignments and tests will be posted on the board, and I will update this blog as necessary.

page 109 and numbers 9-16 at the top of page 110.....and page 111
Monday, February 28 - Wednesday, March 2 ..... Students may take only 1 AR test during this time unless they are trying to double their points.
Thursday, March 3 ..... DUE.....20 AR points........This is the last day to take an AR test for this nine week period, and students may take only 1 test on this day. However, if students are trying to double their AR points, they may take more than one test on this day.
Thursday, March 3 ..... major test on vocabulary units 7, 8, and 9
Friday, March 4 ..... end of nine week period
